Miami Mayor Tomas Regalado’s (R) newest proposed budget calls for voters to pay for $192 million on sea rise and flood prevention. Miami administrators believe eventually the costs for drainage, road elevation, and flooding pumps needed to address these issues will eventually reach $900 million.
