Report: The Southeast’s Storm Surge Risk and Florida’s Hurricane Wake-Up Call

According to CoreLogic’s 2017 Storm Surge Report, the total reconstruction value in the event of a hurricane storm surge flood along the Atlantic and Gulf coastlines would be exceed $1.5 trillion. More than 6.9 million homes from Maine to Texas could be affected, with 2.7 million of those homes in Florida.
