STRATEGIES

RR-13.1 Build sustained relationships with, and include members from community-based organizations that have trusted relationships with frontline communities in emergency management decision-making processes, pre-disaster planning and recovery processes.

RR-13.2 Partner and engage through programs such as the Community Emergency Response Team, AmeriCorps, as well as other local groups, including faith-based organizations.

RR-13.3 Utilize Resilience Hubs year round and for pre- and post-disaster community resources.
