Miami is in the midst of a new wave of urban development, with plans to raise the skyline despite the threats sea level rise poses to regional real estate. The Southeast Florida Regional Climate Compact is taking local action to move quickly in the face of these threats, coordinating mitigation and adaptation activities across county and party lines.
