• Registration and hotel room availability is limited due to limited venue capacity.
• Book early to ensure a seat. Early sellout is anticipated.
• If you register via credit card, the service fee will be charged as a separate transaction by a different merchant than the registration fee. Two separate transactions will be processed on your credit card.

Price includes $25 resort charge per night but excludes tax:

Ocean View Room: $394 per night

Ticket Cancellation Policy

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 30 days before the event.
• Cancellations made within 60 days of the event will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made 61 days or more before the event, will be changed a $15 processing fee.
• Tickets are non-transferrable.
