‘Future of the American City’ Study Launches in Miami

The Knight Foundation awarded $1 million to the Harvard University Graduate School of Design to conduct a three-year study that will work with residents in Miami and Miami Beach to build solutions to local issues, especially issues stemming from sea level rise. This is the first part of a project called Future of the American City that will take Harvard researchers to Boston, Detroit, and Los Angeles.
