Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree. Four years of professional administrative or program management experience in climate adaptation, water resources management, urban planning, environmental science, engineering, floodplain management, climatology or related field are required. Recruitment Notes:
This is advanced professional and supervisory work with technical and administrative responsibility in leading the integration of resilience and sustainability across water and wastewater programs. This position will be responsible for understanding and effectively communicating complex issues and the pros and cons of various risk reduction and climate adaptation measures to provide guidance, including tools and procedures, for actions that are the most beneficial and cost-effective.
